Wolfoo Cross the Road is a free road-safety game for kids 4-9: swipe in four directions (or use arrow keys) to hop Wolfoo one square at a time into the gaps between cars — no driving and no reading. Travel through 5 settings: a neighbourhood, school, beach, playground and the main street. The core rule is the crosswalk — on a green pedestrian light the cars stop for Wolfoo to cross, on red he waits, and where there's no light kids judge the gaps themselves. Later levels add more lanes, ambulances and fire trucks to give way to, and railway crossings to wait at. There's no timer and kids have 3 hearts; cars simply brake, with no injury imagery. Kid-safe, right in your browser.

The game teaches real road-safety habits safely — wait for the green pedestrian light, use crosswalks, look before stepping out, give way to sirens and wait for trains — all through play rather than a lecture. Hopping square by square trains observation, timing and patience. It is non-violent (cars only brake), has no timer and gives 3 hearts, so kids play relaxed. Free, inside the parent-controlled Wolfoo environment.
Does my child have to drive?
No — kids only guide Wolfoo walking across the road, with no driving and no reading, friendly even for 4-year-olds.
Is stepping out as a car comes scary or violent?
No. Cars simply brake and Wolfoo steps back to the nearest safe spot — there is no injury imagery and nothing violent.
What does it teach?
Basic road safety: wait for the green pedestrian light, use crosswalks, look before stepping out, give way to ambulances and fire trucks, and wait for trains.
Is there a time limit or losing?
There is no timer; kids have 3 hearts and get a warning a beat before a red light. Clearing the first 6 levels unlocks an endless Long Run mode to chase a high score.
