Wolfoo Games — Account and Data Deletion Process
This page explains how Wolfoo Games users can request deletion of their account and all associated data from our systems.
1. How to Request Account Deletion
If you wish to delete your Wolfoo Games account, please send an email to:
Email subject: "Wolfoo Games Account Deletion Request"
In your email, please include:
- Email address used for registration (via Google Sign In)
- Display name in the game (if remembered)
- Approximate date when you started using the app (if known)
We will verify your request within 48 hours and complete deletion within 30 business days.
2. Data That Will Be Permanently Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed from our system:
- Account information: email, display name, avatar
- Game progress: levels, scores, achievements
- Coins, XP, and in-game items
- Play history and activity logs
- Wolfoo character collection
- Leaderboard records
- Completed missions and earned rewards
3. Data That May Be Retained
Some data may be retained for a limited period to comply with legal or security obligations:
- System logs and error reports (anonymized, up to 90 days)
- Anonymized analytics data (cannot be linked back to you personally)
This data will NO LONGER contain any personally identifiable information after account deletion.
4. Processing Time
- Request confirmation: within 48 hours of receiving your email
- Deletion completion: within 30 business days
- Completion confirmation: we will email you when done
5. After Account Deletion
After your account is deleted:
- You can still use Wolfoo Games in Guest mode without signing in
- If you wish to use an account again, you must create a new one via Google Sign In
- Previous data CANNOT be recovered under any circumstances
6. Partial Data Deletion (Without Removing Account)
Currently, we only support full account deletion. If you only want to reset your game progress while keeping your account, please contact us for dedicated support.
